Game has plenty of sex scenes and most are repeatable (although time is a factor so don't spend it all fucking).
That being said it is very story focused and has a lot of gameplay elements so it isn't a quick fap game.
Book 1 has ~20 hrs of content, and something like 20 sex scenes. Book 2 has another ~20 hrs of content and 20-30 sex scenes. Book 3 is in early development, so it's most hugs and headpats atm, but some pervs are into those
As Avaron said, it's not really a high-fap story, this is more Game of Thrones than Game of Whores.

Chloe and HG both are implied to get a piece of her during the game so probably would dip into NTR territory, in addition to Steam/Patreon killing incest.

And I honestly think most people do the same, even after we're old and grown, our parents were people we spent our formative years listening to, believing in and trusting. Unless something critical broke in that relationship we take it with us to the grave.
As for Jannice, I like how she's got standards for herself, and higher standards for her son. She loves him, and wants him to be good, and happy. It's not anything more complex than that.

Perhaps I am not clever enough and I can't see why it isn't even one possibility for Jannice's act to considered Femdom or MC acting submissive.
