I wouldn't mess with those. They're designed to ensure optional side content with a character doesn't happen when they're not around story wise (like when Emily goes to Camelot without you)
Umm... Isn't that like putting a big red button on a table, in a room full of children, telling them not to touch the red button, then leaving the room???

As long as the children don't complain about breaking logic flow afterwards :) Enabling that flag will usually block all optional content for that character; disabling i means you get them popping up when they shouldn't. Not anything more harmful than that.

I *already* gave them the big red button, in the shape of the script call interface :D

So I'm now realizing this is probably one of those games I should have used a walkthrough for at least for my own sanity. I've started to look into it now that I have recently started book 2 and I'm realizing there is some stuff i have missed out on such as most of the jenny content and probably other stuff. I am wondering the easiest way to proceed about this considering the game is on a relatively fixed timeline for main plot points. Unfortunately this is a unity game so I can't start over and skip everything I've already seen like on renpy as far as i know. Any other ideas to maximize content because I don't want to restart but I also strongly dislike missing content in games like this so i might do it. Is it too late to run through the stuff I missed on my current save?

Enable the debug menu (Ctrl+J)
Note whatever day you're on (say day 110)
Go to the field "Jump to day". Jump beyond the end of Book 1 (say day 120).
Since there's no more content you can play as long as you want.
Once you've wrapped up all the side-content (check the if you're lost there), just jump back to day 110 and finish the game.

pardon me for not understanding but for clarification purposes so i dont mess up saves or whatever. I've already started the first 10 days or so of book 2. I would go back to the book 1 version and set the day past the current content of book 1 and then catch up and then do what exactly? or am I just redoing the stuff from book 2 but now with all the stuff in book 1 caught up? just a lil confused sorry

Yeah. A lot of the Book 1 content only exists in book 1 (the black rose stuff, for example).

1. Load up a late day save from Book 1 (say day 113 or 114).
2. Jump past the end of content.
3. Finish all of the existing content
4. Jump back to day 113, finish the story.
5. Start book 2 with the new Act6.sav you just created.

I feel like no matter what I do, I miss content. There should be an official guide

It's even linked from the ingame computer, under Coursework.

Having said that, this is volunteer maintained, because they do a far better job at stuff like this than I do.

Hey Droid, both thank you and fuck you. I just finished book 2 and my god. It's been a lot of hours but I cried like a bitch. Those last couple days had be bawling.

I wish I was better at replaying these since I would love to go back through this to try and get a perfect run. But at this point the sheer time investment, let alone having to go through the end of book 2 again would fuck me up. Seriously, I loved the game, although tbh less so the combat, maybe I just don't have a mind for cards, maybe I'd do better with Ambers bejeweled

This game got me fucked up. Recently had surgery and last night I smoked an entire joint from a dispensary and took a dilaudid. Then before bed took 5mg of melatonin. I haven't actually played the game in a week or two since I finished Book 3, but I had this vivid dream about Bella. I'm not sure what the Universe is trying to tell me with this one.

How far through is book 3? Being at this point I'm more into the story than the porn, so I'm more afraid of being blue-balled on the story if anything.
4/5 acts. I've got the side content for Act XV+, then the final act, and then the epilogue (which is just a single scene, but with a number of sub-scenes based on optional choices you made).

It's too big, book 3's 7GB+ at this point, where Android apps need to be <2GB.

There are ways of working around that (downloading stuff, etc), but it's real work.

I did manage to enable remote play for steam, so you can now play Book 3 on your android through Steam. I'll be extending that to Book 1 & 2 when I do the back-porting later.
