Does anybody have some sort of mid-game save to be shared? I haven't played this in a while, I don't want to start the grinding all over again nor go right to the end and miss on a lot of the recent content

Check a few pages (dozen posts or so back), I put on a brand new save, just started NG+ with loads of money, all skills and traits up (with enough money to transform small dick should you want to all the way to Huge)

That is the "old look". If it is still in some images that is an oversight. There is no way to get it into the game as a general look. (Well, except for maybe offering Andrealphus a shitton of money to put it back in ...)

Try the version of unren I posted here, I know this one works. (unpack and decompile the rpas/rpycs again and look if the bug still happens, if you deleted the rpas you have to redownload the game again...)
That's the old look, some of the CGs aren't updated to the new look yet...

There is no known console command that would be safe to use for almost anything you did wrong or want to change later on, so usually stuff is set and the only options would be loading an old save or starting a new game.
Specifically the girls from the band however you can later meet at a concert, so their paths aren't closed. I am not entirely sure but I think there is no harem possibility anymore since the events for that occur during practice and IIRC you will not join the band later on.

try yourself in a fresh save, you cant do anything, you run out steam, get hungry or get dirty in just morning affairs.

Too right. With about 20 of them, and plus the content you find with Natalie, Cherie or Kiara so far.
Unless I'm off, the main girls (such as, the ones that you can date) number 21, so that looks correct.
