You seem to have misunderstood the "7 days" - when you have had coffee with a girl, and then in the next 7 days with another from the same harem, that starts the harem process. It doesn't have to be the first 7 days of the game (or the first 7 days after your first coffee with one of them), you can start this at any time.

Raise their kinkpoints or it's locked behind some of the earlier events that you need to do. The only LI I can think of that is difficult to gift clothing to is Audrey, cause you have to wait until you are pretty far in her questline to gift her any outfits.
Backing up this question. Saw Sam the same night after the wedding and she was already pregnant. I went with route D to start the revenge but after following it for a few days, she had a baby with Ryan in the mall.
And iirc, last month someone uploaded a file that unlocked every scene in the gallery (you still needed to pass the game without using any mobile cheats). Wonder whoever did that will upload that same file for this current version. And if the current v23.08.0a will be compressed again and shared in the thread sometime later.

Yikes, this is no good. Samantha is my favorite and having to raise Ryan's kid would be a slap in the face for Mike. Wonder which routes it will ruin? I usually do the path B > D > E, for the most content and beating up Ryan at the end is a nice bonus plus the natalie scene. Who knows maybe we will be able to romance her sooner and not have to do the wedding or have a runaway wedding scene, that would be epic!
