You didn't mention lesbian points, Everygirl i think needs a minimum of 45 LesbianPoints to accept others girls, if not, the event would fail. There a few exception but keep those lesbian points between 45 and 50. More that 50, they would reject Male Protagonist, use the Yuri magazines or the hipnosis if playing normally, or seeing lesbian porn also work well.
frfr it looks like mike's dad is the final boss. He orchestrated all the bad things in the game and mike will have to fight him in titan form. Also that 'shopping for a little sister for our son to marry' and the mom psychically knowing when mike fucked minami to then randomly show up is some horror movie level shit. My prediction is it goes full Oedipus mode, Mike defeats his dad and takes his mom, who was retconned to not be his actual mother and this will be the true harem king ending.

The game has a quest list (top right corner) that tells you the things you need to do for each character to progress. Its mostly in order where the top is the first things you need to do. If you click on "spoilers" and hover over a specific event for a character it will list all the requirements.
Did you used cheats (in the in-game mobile) by chance? If so, then you'll have to play a clean game. That also unlocks the gallery as well.
