so i unlocked the gallery but over half of it is locked out (including several scenes i know i've seen before) any fix?

So the gallery is really rough at the moment. In part because they just released it, and cause it was an after thought that they weren't sure they'd be able to implement. Which is why a lot of scenes you might have seen, and have saves for, might not show up. As for unlocking them all, that's tricky. The legit way would be to have a couple of save files that have just seen everything. The less legit and far easier way is to wait for some nice individual to post a file that you throw into the game folder that unlocks it all by default. There's been those for the past two versions but it needs to be updated to work with the current one.

how much do i need to progress on that game?
till meet all? get married to someone?

Just get married to somebody to have a good ending. Everybody else may have left in disgust, doesn't matter.
You get NG+ by reaching an ending without using cheats. An ending is marrying anyone, single person or harem. The easiest person to marry is Sasha. She has the least restrictions, you get access to her right away and for more time because shes in the house. Start a new save and ignore literally everyone else and you can get it in something like 2 in game weeks.

You can, it's just a lot of effort. Not to mention that you actually can't get every girl in any playthrough (there's a girl who had a massive crush on you while you dated her sister, she becomes a stalker. You can still date her, but its very dangerous. You can also get her arrested. She'll be effectively removed from the dating/harem pool, but you can develop a relationship with the cop who arrested her. The stalker and the cop are mutually exclusive)
New Game Plus takes your stats from when you finished and gives you a somewhat easier start.

And if either Gamer Bree or Maid Bree routes are selected, since Kat will be included soon in a DLC and the same could happen to Kiara in the future, then Bree's gaming rival at the tournament or her future manager will also become mutually exclusive (unless the dev has other plans in mind).

Personally I don't mind route-exclusive characters, but I'm not too fond of locking the full kink bar on certain routes or not so evident choices because it kinda limits what you can do with an already unlocked character.
I have two questions. Firstly, sam said that she has a plan about emma. Is this content unavailable for this version ? Secondly , I can't start college harem I tried to join bree in the kitchen everyday but it never triggered the event.

Whenever I don't play this game for a while, I always feel like I have to start a new game, cause I forget where I am progress and storywise.
