I've done the Lavish asking for spanking sessions event, now it should open a fuck menu when you call Lavish to your office, but it doesn't show for me and I can't spank her. It needs a special item like with Shiori that needs a butt plug?

Would be unlikely to happen, given Patreon's TOS. Other girls with other dudes should be entirely in your control, but can happen if you screw something up.
