While I certainly respect your enthusiasm in regards to chatting with the pretty girls in the face of mortal danger, I can tell you that Kylie's stabby meter only fills up when you actively interact with the ladies via the buttons. The random hello/event that can trigger when you walk into an area usually doesn't count. So that's not the tricky part.
Fun fact that's not really mentioned in the wiki: Trying to friendzone Kylie will give you the 25 Yandere points you need for the harem. This would be the safest way to get them in this regard ('safe' being a relative term considering it's Kylie), so you can focus on raising her Sub points.
Also, are you sure you got all the prereqs to start the Harem? In my last run I found myself wondering why it wasn't triggering, before realizing I had completely forgotten to have sex with Ayesha...
I wouldn't call it anything, as it's basically redundant when you have the fertility % too. As I wrote before. I've successfully impregnated girls who were shown infertile with a fertility % of 21. It should just go away completely or be corrected so it showed the girl's actually status. Right now it's purely misinformation

That would be because Sam introduced you to Emma as her boy-toy, which means you went further down Sam's route than you should have. Ideally you should get introduced to Emma before the hanky and/or panky begins with Samantha.
How do you trigger Ayesha BDSM training 4? She currently has 65 LP and 85 KP and it’s been well over 7 days since her last BDSM event.

There are so many dead ends in this game, that I'll probably drop it soon. I hate games where you have to read a wiki if you want to avoid dead ends. I really hope there will be an option to restore quests that has been marked completed because you made a wrong choice at some point in the game.
Some characters are mutually exclusive, you can lose characters if you miss and you will probably need several playthrough to see everything... I like games where there are consequences to your choices good and bad. The game is like that by design so it's not gonna change.

The scenes for them haven't been implemented yet. I mean, I got Harmony pregnant, no announcement from her, no conversation, no news that she gave birth. One day she was pregnant with the belly and the next she had lost weight and had a new kid.
Hey, could i get some help. I was trying to increase lavish kink. For that I need shiro spanking or discipline. I think for discipline 2, i accidently pressed let it go instead of spanking. I have progressed much deeper in the story now. Is there anyway I can go to discipline 3. Not sure how command works.
So far I've lost about half of my characters. That is too much IMHO and far beyond mutually exclusive.
I also like games where there are consequences to your choices, but not when you have to start from scratch every time you make a bad choice and you can lose half of your characters.
How about auto saved rollback points or at least a warning so you have a chance to save before you make the bad choice. If neither is implemented, you should not expect to see me donating to this game.
The announcement of them giving birth is just a split sec. flash when you wake up in the morning. I've missed it more than once where I just saw the flash and later discovered which girl had given birth.
