As the wiki suggests there are 4 decisions at restaurant and each one can provide 10 points.

However I start the date with 0 points and after 4 decisions the max point is 40 and can never go to cinema with her.

I assume there should be initial points somehow?

If Samantha introduces you as her boyfriend, you won't be able to kiss nor date her. Sam does this if you are on path A, so in order to avoid it you have to meet Emma after the wedding but before Sam dumps Ryan.

I find that Samantha path D (Revenge Path) is the only way to get both Emma & Samantha.
Because you need (handcuffs) >= 75 to get [Samantha will accept a non exclusive relationship.]
And you can completely bypass "Talk with Samantha" [Prerequisites: Emma (heart) >= 60, Samantha is not friendzoned, Samantha introduced you as her boyfriend.]

Damn. I really wish I the dev could allow us to either undo that somehow, allow for a second chance at this in the future, or maybe create a cheat that allows for both options to be available...

Nope, because the way the way the game is set up, many are not "just one command" but would require quite a lot of changes. So even if you identify a variable (which isn't too hard if you e. g. use a save game editor, the naming is quite intuitive) it may work for now but later crash or not change anything or what have you.

In that case, have fun restarting the game when it gets borked.

This isn't a dig at you, its just the way this type of game is made. You can add X amount of money, Y stats and Z items all well and good, but when you start messing with the flags in the game, thats going to cause problems. Its a cascade effect. Raise a flag and not change every variable associated with it (we're talking from tens to thousands of instances in a code) and you're going to cause a very big problem in your game.

I understand and thank you for saying that it wasn't a dig at me, I didn't think it was, but if someone wants to muck around with code then that's up to them and they have to suffer the consequences.

What started me on this rant is I have the home harem and I'm trying to have a foursome with Bree, Sasha, and Minami, but I can only have a threesome with Bree & Sasha, or a standard fuck with Minami... never a foursome, and it's frustrating as fuck!

That, plus ever since I hacked Lavish and Aletta, they switch back to hating me every morning and I can't get either to come home with me after a date to fuck.

Well, we are able to. As I said, open a save file in a save game editor, the names are mostly pretty self explanatory (you may need to look up event numbers and maybe try a bit what some entries mean). Then you can either directly manipulate the save (be sure of course to keep a "clean copy") or use the knowledge in the console.

The thing is, if anybody succeeds in that they will tell about it or help or make that list that you asked for. Only - so far nobody has been able to really do so. I have one or two issues I would like to be able to "correct" via console as well if the need arises - dear Emma ... - and am not against that option at least for trying stuff you don't want to devote a whole playthrough to. It just isn't as simple as in other games. So it's not people witholding info, it's that nobody really has the info it seems.
