Can anyone give me an EXACT way to trigger Hanna ? I have re-newed the gym membership already like 4 times, and never seen her past the first time... I also never seen her during Light Training, or Heavy Training...

Go to the living room of your house while in game and do the following code:
Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right, B, A.
(Up/Down/Left/Right are the arrow buttons directions).
And yes, you can change characters submission with the cheat menu.

Use the hint system, if it says get to know someone better then do exactly that, when it tells you that they will call you, some can only happen in certain times/months(water park is kinda self explanatory, cold = bad). Go to livingroom AT 18(so you can roll back to this exact moment, if you go there before then rollback will set you to when you first entered the room) wait 1 hr, watch tv with sasha porn > sm. if there is no porn option hit cancel then rollback and watch smporn with bree.

You can start dates almost anywhere after setting it up beforehand. But, if some of your needs levels are low it wont show at the scheduled time.

The term "Today" means the date will start on 20:00 o'clock and it will show as option in actions menu. Of cours as Magus448 wrote you need level of needs on optimal level.
