I can confirm that the "phone event" happened to me too. It's just the list that isn't updated.
Kylie's love keeps on increasing every time I meet her or do compliments (not reached lvl 50 though).
There's not much secret with Emma, just dream about her, search for her in everywhere and completely finish Samantha's wedding quest, so just go to Bakery in the morning and Samantha will introduce

It's the same button that you press to "atend the call", so you can study the Bible in the afternoon, around 14:00 pm on Sunday.

You need to have the Guitar Skill. I believe if you have not yet learned or started off w/ that skill, it won't be available.
First check that you have that skill
Second be sure that Sasha invited you.

A common reason work buttons not being present is when your MC has high needs (happy, sleep, food, etc).
Verify first that you're in good health before concluding that something is bugged.

This is by far one of the greatest and worst game at the same time.
Great concept, artwork. But with lots of game breaking bugs.
Currently I have several missions stuck due to some events not triggering.
Quite annoyed at the moment tbh.

there are some bugs and we haven't gotten the latest bug patch on F95 yet. But for the most part you should be able to get to the current ends of each girl (they aren't finished .. still in development). While this isn't fully updated, you can use the wiki to get your way thru most of it.
