You can buy some outfits from the mall, but you'd have to check the wiki to see which ones will actually change the npc portrait. Office harem I believe can only be done after you've completed the workplace story line that involves you getting promoted to CEO. There are multiple steps that you'll need to do in order to complete it properly, so you should check wiki if you don't want to figure it out on your own.

In case you are struggling with Emma's storyline, when Samantha is your girlfriend, slave or part of the home harem. You can preemptively friendzone her, before the "Talk with Samantha event", then say you are sorry and wait for the event to trigger. You can then progress further.
Well in theory (eg i haven't tested this yet), you could friendzone everyone to get the +1 love point triggered by "admitted that he had a girlfriend before but broke up with all of them". So you can pass the Judgement (insert dredd meme), then ask everyone (exceptions for palla, lexi or audrey, and ?Bree?) for a second chance. Recollar if necessary to update the status

Audrey goes off for some time quite early, however she should only ask for help when she is present. She is often at locations you'll have to unlock by buying clothes (gym, restaurant, waterpark), so do you have them?
It's capped at 50. However, you don't need "more than 50" (>50) but "50 or more" (>=50), so 50 is sufficient.
is there a way to reset or otherwise force sam's kink points past 50? i didn't realize if you tell her about the cheating right away that she gets locked out of the home harem
