How recurrent the NTR in this game? Are there routes specifically for NTR?

Not much and I think it's all avoidable. If you really want to be "safe" you should probably play with a walk through.
Aside from that: It's really nearing completion, huh? Damn, this game has been part of my XXX game life almost since the beginning. Lots of good times.
main kink for one LI, Alexis, that you can either encourage, seeing or participating in those scene, discourage, eventually, taming her, or kick her out from the game from scene 1
and few scenes are completely optional in few other characters, you see them either when you don't have points or, on the contrary, you have enough of them (one scene was when you don't have enough love with your tenant, she could fuck with her ex or propose 3some to you, or your boss making move on other tenant, she would refuse, unless you order her when she is your slave) (you can still refuse those scene)
thats from back of my head, and i play it, like, once in half of the year or year
game has hints, or you can check on wiki, there was everything you need for each character, though, i don't know how frequent updates are

is there any way for me to keep playing the game on my save from the last version?
for some reason there are just 2 save games on this new version that are not my most recent playthrough
i did copy the data from the "saves" folder of the old version and tried putting them in the same folder with the new version but that didnt give me my save any help?
is it maybe stored somewhere else additionally?

We will have to wait even more as this version seems to have some bugs, the version 23.5.0e is out there but they post here an old one T T

This game is great, no doubt about it, but the creator got too carried away with the mele MC without working on the Female MC, which personally makes me very sad because I prefer to play as a Female MC.
My opinion is that either he shouldn't have given it at all or he should have done it 50/50 every update and then quickly catch up

can anyone please tell me how i get my save from the older version to the newer?

The only way for you to know for sure is by playing it yourself. The vast majority of opinions here will be biased.
I'll say this, you don't need to go after each and every single girl in the game. You can just pick one and stick with her, finish her storyline.

No, and to save you the hassle: in 5 years there will still be no animations.
While I agree with the general gist of Bree lacking and lagging massively, Female MC was never intended to have the same amount of content as Mike. IIRC, Andrealphus talked of about 50%.
Base update, needs patch a/b/c/d/e to be a proper playthrough at this point.
