No, you can still get her ending. When you help with the gym, you can influence Hanna to make it a sexier looking gym or keep it as it is.

Is there a wedding ending for the Bitchy Harem? I've proposed to Audrey, Palla, and Cassidy but I just get the Palla ending on sunday. There's even an option to propose to the Bitchy Harem when I talk to Audrey but it didn't change anything. Strangely, when all three girls are together in one place, Audrey doesn't offer that option anymore. Just "Propose to Audrey" and "Propose to Office Harem". I thought maybe it was because Palla was on the porn path so I went back to a previous save and finished her career without going the porn route but it didn't change anything. Nor did undoing their pregnancies with the cheat menu.
Is it bugged, did I do something wrong, or did I just waste my time trying to get something that hasn't been implemented? Wiki is of no help.

Here is a suggestion. After MC becomes CEO, you should make it so the player can upgrade the house and have an actual third floor. This way Samantha gets her own room. Assuming that the player has already invited Samantha to live with them.

How do you avoid the NTR in the Blissard deal for the Office harem? With some searches in this thread I saw that you have to install a spy camera but there is not option to do so although I have the camera.

When you become the CEO after Dwayne's death, you need to buy the spy camera and install it in your office. But it has to be done before the Blissard deal.
