The office stuff appears to be fine, there's nothing more for you to see in the current available version (that'll change in a couple days!). And regarding the modelling, you've reached the end of the current content. Sorry about the confusion there, I'll add a checkmark to that goal so it's not implying there is more to see. 2 - Yes, other guys can knock up the girls if you take them off birth control
3 - It's one of the choices in the office end story. Unlocks a short story event for Jen
4 - They'll come into effect during the game endings, most likely helping to determine what housing options are available to you. I cannot give full details because it's still mostly theory. I wouldn't avoid doing them as that might put you in a bad spot.
5 - I want to get up to the game endings this year. Endings themselves will likely take longer.

Btw, I found a bug, possibly two. I cannot replay Jens gangbang scene on my PC + I cannot see an option to fuck her in the kitchen, there is only BJ and something else.
