I personally prefer the more outright cheating aspect, might be because I find it easier to switch my POV of characters, so it makes it far easier to feel like you are stealing a girl from some poor dude. Seems to be a me thing, looking around the forum though, not getting massively attached while still being able to enjoy media of various kinds. I hear what you're saying about NTR. There's a whole load of niches under that umbrella (whether appropriate or not is something constantly argued about), but I just used the term to communicate stuff with others that's not the MC. Actual cheating on the MC is unlikely to happen.
Currently the jobs are the only way to really get this stuff in there, but that'll be changing with the new extra stats and the car etc. The jobs give you everything at once based on her love/lewd levels, primarily so you can see what's available and also to not be forced into doing things you might not want to do (having a A -> B -> C routing would force you for example). What's coming soon might be a bit more like what you are looking for as a more progression based system.
The stripclub morale is not useless. It actually upgrades the club, mainly the stripper income. These come as small events that happen automatically once you get it high enough. Problem is there's nowhere to actually see how much you need or what you'll get, like the usual upgrades. That's my bad, I'll have to fit it in somewhere. These upgrades will play a big role in the stripclub actually being a location you can visit in your off hours too
The club as with the office will be a long term thing, so it'll get updates here and there. If I have my way you'll be able to bring almost every future character into both for their own set of content for it. More immediately I want to turn the club into a place you can go for more than just work. As well as more Mel and Jen content.
Regarding repeating the events, this is kind of down to play style. In the latest update you actually shouldn't need to repeat anything (except the new dress event), if you do everything that's available it should provide all the love/lewd you need (even without using the old links). Unfortunately this is also a pacing issue. One that's not easy to fix without forcing more constraints on players. I'd rather just let people play freely. That said I'll do what I can to help the pacing. Perhaps a checklist of sort might be useful to point you towards any content you are missing out on, or have yet to take advantage of?

I did notice that some stuff changed when I increased morale in the strip club but it weren't so much morale specifically it was the stats in general and also in the Office as well. You did seem to kind of answer that it would be expanded upon. I look forward to see how it turns out as one of my favorite genres are management and strategy games and there aren't a lot of porn games that do that.
A checklist would be great, I'm not against repeatable content as such though, just when you make it, I prefer it to be shorter and more snappy. Like, the blowjob scene in the kitchen is good but maybe more gifs instead of text, a "quick blowjob" action may be the way to go if you want to add stuff like this. I don't think it's super important though if you work on general pacing. It's more for fun.
