Looking forward to it.

One suggestion I would make it making a location map where all points are accessible from. You can make it fairly basic with just outline representing where things are. The code could reflect going from one room to the other if you need that.

The issue now is that you need extra clicks to get to some locations, it's frustrating.

Which locations?
I had a certain layout in mind when I was planning out the navigation, which I considered logical, but it might be that some parts indeed are in need of change.
And, at the very least, I plan to include a static map picture as one of the Sidebar pages.

I'm was severely bitten by RockCandy, so no real vaginal stuff in the game, since it feels boring to me now.
Is that a deal breaker?
I do plan adding scene variants for 1.0+, like adding 3rd person mode narration instead of story being in second person.
Maybe I should make a poll...

Mobile browser? If so, try switching it to Desktop mode, if available. My Opera shows broken layout in the game when in mobile mode, but is fine when in Desktop mode.
Alternatively, press your finger against the screen and try dragging around - parts of UI get hidden in mobile browsers no matter the mode. Screenshots should work as a reference.

Oh man, RockCandy? That name takes me back. Great flash animations back in the day.

It is a dealbreaker for me, personally, but I'm certainly not gonna judge you or anyone else for it. Anal just doesn't do it for me, I've seen so much of it that it feels like simple vaginal sex is the rarer of the two in porn games these days. If it's what you prefer though then more power to ya! I'll give this game a pass, but I hope you find success with it.

The game is interesting, but it feels like it could use more things to do. It feels more like an interactive novel than a game. If the game is just intended to be a simple exercise and a couple short stories, that fine, but it would be nice to have more 'things to do'.

Instead of a single injection and you have a pair of milk gushing factories, you need to spend time milking yourself, feeding the flies, or repairing or building a milking machine. Plus, using the machine can increase the size of your nipples and producing more milk can increase your breast size.
Random occurrences where a 'tenant' escapes their habitats and you get tasked to find them OR ignore them just perform your normal tasks with a chance to get jumped/trapped/rodgered/buggered/facialed/transformed by the little buggers.
Increasing a relationship with the spiders to make your body more malleable (bigger boobs,nipples, or such), by finding things for them or playing host to a spider/spiderling or two.
Random sex encounters with coworkers/visitors or encouraging said random persons to get involved with the 'tenants' along with you.

Absolutely correct. "Mildly interactive story" was the initial goal and it is my first time making a Twine game, while learning HTML and CSS as a bonus. And also testing my non-native English.

I will keep this approach until 1.0, to avoid feature creep and any further delays. Wasting two months was horrible as is.
Next update will still be 7 or so linear scenes.

For 1.0+ I do plan to rework the gameplay, adding some details you mentioned.
I'm also thinking about switching to Unity standalone/WebGL eventually, since doing anything non-trivial in Twine is an absolute pain.
