As we know, the developers from China have been arrested, so the 4th part will most likely never be officially released. However, I searched through the Chinese internet and found a working dev build of the 4th part, even with english language support. So I can share the link to the site where I downloaded the 4th part if it's allowed here. Maybe someone will upload it to filesharing platforms or create a new thread for this game

Please send the link to me , I will check and upload with an thread after verifying game files for viruses.

I hope you did not get your pc infected, but I just scanned the website, and specifically the link you sent, and it is full of viruses. It led me to a mega link with the file being just 20mb and the password conveniently provided. Not gonna fall for that, and hope no one falls for that trick either.
