Kind of hard to answer Technically the main girls is Ava , Zoe , Lisa and Zuni. But if you aren't on Ava's path she kind of still feels a bit like a main girl since the MC hasn't yet committed to be exclusive with anyone else yet.

i'd say the faithful path is basically the main path in this to what degree is on you. You can be in a throuple with Ava and Zoe , just Ava. Or you can just be on Zuni , Zoe, and Lisa's path while doing stuff as friends with benefits with Ava.

Then there is a cheating path where the dev said the consequences won't happen until late in the game at least when it comes to Ava. Not sure how the rest of the girls will be handled if not on Ava's path.

The faithful path is with Ava and is actually the main path. If you want to bring in Zoe(her sister is up to you but I would highly recommend/suggest it).
Every other way is playing with lava and can/will/have a high chance to end in a not so happy end.
(side note: being interested in the girls does not count as cheating.)

Nothing yet in 0.75 except for some VERY minor teasing so maybe another update down the road (or make that two just to be safe )

Yeah but I think we are going to be going to her office in 0.80 cause if I recall correctly 0.75 there was something about her needing the MC's help. So I assume it might happen there or a few after.
