The significant changes in the previously released parts are on the plane with Stella the stewardess, where the choices now affect her relationship score (which will affect which scene with her you'll get at the airport in the new chapter), as well as some of the choices during Julia's sequence in the hotel being tracked for future reference.

Also note that if Stella's relationship score is low, the game will arbitrarily skip past a whole-ass plot-essential scene where the MC's assistant is kidnapped in broad daylight. This looks like a coding slip.

New sex scenes are
at the airport with Stella (optional forced or automatic consensual scene, depending on relationship score)
lesbian scene involving Julia and the concierge (optional, depending on relationship score, not involving the MC)
raping the MC's wife in her sleep (optional)
