You don't need CG rip to play the game. CG rip is just a zip file of a folder that contains all the images and videos of the game.

Ah, yeah. It's because you've not posted practically anything since joining almost 4 years ago. Here are the requirements for being able to use DM (PM is the same thing).
(You can find this specific information under Rule 5, item 1.)Just find threads of games, comics, or similar that you like on this site. Post something about how you like certain LIs in a game, how something about a comic's plot surprises/intrigues you, and so on. Create 20 new posts (not replies), reply 10 times to others, and then have a total of at least 3 conversations you've viewed. (That last item is obviously incredibly easy to get.) Anyway, just be more active for a day or two and you'll probably have all of those. Then you can DM / PM. (Just remember, don't just spam to get the posts!)
With all of the above said, we're not supposed to ask about other games in this game's thread, even from someone's signature. And it's the same for other threads. So if you go to the thread for another game, posts should only be on topic about that specific game. That's why I recommend just spending a little time on other threads discussing what you like, wonder about, etc. (And hey, you've already got 2 replies on this thread!
) Once you have enough posts, you can message someone directly and ask about their signature's games.

I had the same problem and fixed it by looking at the cheat sheet and event number:
- Open your save file with an editor
- Go to <eventMain> and check. Maybe its value is "24". Change it to "23"
- Go to <time> and set to 23. This ensure that you can go to sleep right before the event is supposed to trigger
- Save as a separate file and load
- Go to sleep at 0:00
