I searched for a bit with google for "Where does renpy save on android?" and found a discussion saying that the save files are part of the APK but should also be saved on the SD card:
BUT I do not use android. I play on Windows.
So I cannot confirm that or test it.
I tried everything I can - cleaning all enemy troops, increasing safety, increasing units of all different types and checking every location for interactions to progress.
Nothing worked.
Most likely something broke and blocked/removed the building function for the cells.
If you have a save file from before getting those request you could try to see if you can build the cells if you focus on that first.
I am afraid there is no other way.

I'm getting the same thing. Every time a party of knights appears on the map, hill path and all 8 of the regions to the right of it turn red, even if they were all green to begin with. Knights attack every 2nd or 3rd sleep so having 9 regions turn red that often is beyond tedious.

Anyone got the Idril chapter early access? I really liked the lady pink one that came out so im interested in this side story. Plus idril is my favorite of the Lucky Monster girls.
Yeah I was actually able to pass that part by playing from a previous saved file, but now I can't complete this quest even though I have soka taken with me as ally, do you know the specific way how this can be done
I haven't played beyond the intermission where you obtain the vampire body so far due to not having time for a while.
So I currently cannot help with that.
Same here, I think this is for next patch thats why the message come back later mean, already try many ways, same result.
