U need to do a Project on the Museum with Sarah, there are three Projects: Hotspring upgrade, Growth potion and Shrink potion
This is the way I did it.
Go to the museum, talk to Sarah, ask about Projects. Then go to the spa and talk to Clara. Give her $1000 and the potion should be created (this is after you have the growth potion).
As an aside I have more money than I now how to deal with by raising the "reputation" of the restaurant. I get > $1000 per day doing anything.
... I got a lot more respect for Charlotte after I got bored and started doing her questline. Still not my favorite, but she gets a heck of a lot better. She's prolly my 4th favorite girl. I like her even more than Prim, and idunno why. Personally can't stand Sasha, myself. Like Yui, but not quite *that* way. Could also say Charlotte is 3rd favorite because Maxy and Layla are usually tied for first.
As to Felicia, she's doing her job then, isn't she, as an antagonist?

From the quoted post, I think they're complaining about Sophia (Charlotte's sister) rather than Charlotte.
Honestly in this respect you can really cut and paste the name there. She gets better too. But you're right, I missed the "sister", my bad.

Also the game is tooo good and main LI also are quite likable ( ignoring some side characters)

Anyone got a save close to where 8.2 beta ended? There was a lot of content that I would need to get through since I can't use my saves since they stoped using the revertable module.
BTW, the issue is that the beta uses Renpy Version 7.5. while 8.3 is using 7.4
7.5 adds some modules, and 7.4 just doesn't have them.

So far really enjoyable game, spent some nice hours with it. Story is nice, characters are for the most part likeable.
A question regarding the Potions - are there any plans to make them permanent? I would guess not since it would require to make certain scenes 3 times (in case of shrinking and growth potions), but just asking.

I checked that save and the name still changed for me with Prim on the new event too
