Hey, all.
First, I want to thank everyone for your warm welcome since my absence. Let me explain what I'm currently working on and what's changed in "Luke's Way":
1. I've been asked multiple times to give the player an opportunity to use custom name for Luke. In the next update, players will have the option to pick any name they want or simply use the default name "Luke".
2. All the content that involves future sharing of MC's love interest with other guys/husbands will be removed. Cuckolding will still be an option, but it will not be the MC who gets cuckolded; rather, it will be their boyfriends, husbands, etc. This removes any suspicion of seeing the girl we're dating with someone else.
3. Due to the strict platform rules, I'm changing a few of the relationships, to play it safer.
I have to rework all the scripts (though not all the graphics, which saves time) and some of the graphics from the beginning that I really dislike.
  • So far I have removed the choice where Carrie asks MC if he's okay with her dating other guys.
  • I have re-rendered some of the v0.06 images with Rachel, making her new clothes fit her body more naturally.
  • Michael no longer asks the MC if he can join Ella and the MC, Michael can only watch from a corner and that will be optional.
  • I've also done a general tidying up of the script by removing excessive wordiness to make the narrative more natural and less annoying

In other words mom and sister will either be removed or changed to something else.

Rachael was the Mom and Krysten was the Sister.


You need a patch to unlock it? ( been a while, think it was a simple True/False value for if it was present ) but the mom and sister defined dialogue is in the actual game script which would be the problem. So the dev just needs to go through and remove those specific dialogue from the game that the patch file unlocks.

i played w/o patch and no mom or sister.

I'm not inventing anything new, I'm using the same model as many other VN's use. But I won't give players any option to choose what Rachel is to MC and how MC will address Rachel, but at the same time a patch can override that code. The questionable script content will be readjusted that in case of Patreon checking up my scripts, they won't find anything that is against their terms of usage.
I'm sure that someone will make a patch in less than 24 hours after the update drops here but that is out of my hands and I don't plan on fight unless is putting my project in danger.

Well welcome back Evil User.

If there is really one thing that pissed me off countless times (I literally stopped counting at some point), that it feels the Script has been written by a Rapist: Why? Very early on I rejected the "Landlady" permanently but countless times the "Roommate" tries to force me to change my opinion. Just as a Reminder: No means No!

Rejecting someone and being constantly forced to interact with them sexually or being forced to spy on them (example in the Hotel Pool with the "Landlady") is fucking annoying and kills the mood and therefore (at least for me) the overall Interest in a Story / Project.

Would be nice if this would be overhauled finally. Good Luck with the Project in the future!

Landlady? Are you sure that you don't have things mixed up? There's no landlady in LW... Either way, there are countless of other games that you can try to find what you looking for.
