Yes, that would be a watermark. Its not clickable, so its not acting as an external hyperlink. His Patreon is linked on the pause/main menu, so a secondary reference would be redundant. My best guess is its a watermark to prevent people stealing or falsely claiming his work.

I did not yet play the rework, but someone else said, on here, I believe, that generally, sex scenes with Rachel/Krysten had been removed? (As such, there'd need to be some major work, to restore those, with an iPatch, and not only change relationships back to mother/sister from friend/friend) .... if that is really all that was done, for patreon's sake, that is indeed an easy iPatch, only thing that'd be even easier, would be if it was "default r_rel" and "default kr_rel" in the script.rpy and an iPatch file could just overwrite those values with actual values, that way, there'd not be any need to overwrite the script.rpy for an iPatch for everyone to download (and as such, the patch wouldn't need to change with each change to the script.rpy in the game..))

3. Prefixes
- On-hold: used for a developer who temporarily stops working on a game for whatever reason and makes a clear public statement about it, if they do not resume work in 6 months the prefix is changed to Abandoned.
- Abandoned: used in the following cases:
- The developer states that the development has been permanently suspended.
- After 3 months of inactivity from the developer's public creator/crowdfunding accounts (Patreon, SS, etc), we will resolve special circumstances or scenarios on a case-by-case basis (no creator accounts, creators developing for free, Patreon accounts under review/ban).
- No game update has been released for an abnormally long period of time (>18 months).
- Game threads that are marked On-hold for over 6 months with no game update.
- Note: this prefix is only removed upon the release of a new update for purchase/download.

The watermark is there to prevent publishers stealing the project and releasing it on a separate paid platform under different name. It happened, that's why the watermark is there in the earlier releases.
For those interested, this patch is the incest patch. Enjoy.
