OK, it seems I chose the wrong angle in showing what I mean. MC is infantile young man with the body of athlete but with a mind of an innocent child. Young, naive, virgin. Comfortable life with overprotective parents can do that. And you say no traumas, no experience of violence and abuse. OK.
Then, the other side. MC finished school, he said he played rugby. Still no violence? No school fights, no bullies, and even in rugby... well, I can only assume he played in cheering team, the only way to escape violence in rugby in my mind.
Well, fortunately I can tell you that not in every school there are problems of bullying and there aren't not even among the rugby players or the martial art fighters. For example I didn't experienced any kind of bullying or violence when I was at school, in my rugby team or when I practised mma.

And he chose combat training in the Academy (not like it was his choice, MC's too passive to make a choice and prefer to go with the flow). Even in his passive thinking he must understand that he'll train to be a fighter, to cause violence. I won't make any conclusion, I just stated what you written.
A lot of people signed to be enlisted during the two World Wars, without have the slightest idea of what awaited them and when they came back to home, they struggled with their ptsd for the rest of their lives; my grandfather was one of those guys.

About 6 months in XIX century society. I guess you didn't read Charles Dickens' books. He's a good writer, really, AFAIK he's classic English writer. And he wrote about life in England in XIX century. I read only "Oliver Twist" and that book is totally not for the faint of heart. In XIX century violence was less common than in centuries before but still murder, rape and theft was a common thing. And children considered their parents' property. And many other things that we consider barbarian, violent or just disgusting. Imagine MC teleported in Oliver Twist's London, what was his state of mind after a half a year there. Considering the fact that MC's not noble or wealthy man.
Except Luminaria isn't the XIX century London. From a cultural and social point of view, it is more similar to a modern progressive society; like New York or Los Angeles I suppose.

You don't get it. I said there's no point for players to see these images. I understand the point from MC's perspective, but that's not the case here. That images do not show players anything they wanted to see (in most cases I must add), they do not add anything to the story. But player must click time and time again watching some disturbing images. Maybe it's worth to warn player beforehand and add skip button?
I haven't see any disturbing images, since they don't show corpses, torture of actual rape (at most some grope). Disturbing is see a guy with the head exploded thank to a 7.62x39 bullet or something like that, not what it is shows in this game. Anyway, the mc experienced some trauma after having seen those scenes (like usually happens when a guy is exposed to a level of violence he isn't ready to bear), so they are totally useful to the storytelling: they are useful to tell the mc's growth to an overprotected boy to a strong warrior, ready to defend his city and the ones he loves from every danger they will face.

As the proofreader for this, I would be interested with the grammatical mistakes you found so they can be fixed if neccesary. I do cover every single line of dialogue, but sometimes things get missed. Any grammatical mistakes are on me, not Jubs.
A few remarks off the bat, example below;
Most things I noticed were minor. I could in all cases easily understand what was being said. And you always have style preferences.
If I recall correctly at some point there was a double "the the" in there. I don't see it in the file so either it is followed by a variable that already includes the "the", or I misremember and it was another word.
Again, I don't fancy going through the whole game again to proofread, I already have a job. But in the next updates I'll take a screenshot if I see one.

I opened script.rpy and copied a random label to a llm I use. It happened to be a piece of script I noticed while playing.
script.rpy line 12661 label cg2continue3.

"After heanding him over" (line 12673)

And during another little test of using my llm:

"Anomoly yes." (line 8576)

My llm (Lumo) is still in a free beta so I doubt I can let it check the whole script. And it also doesn't handle all pieces of python well. Maybe Ollama would do better but I only have that on another computer. Lumo also provides grammar improvements, but it's a bit too eager on that front and I don't agree with most of them.

Don't take this as a full report by any means. These are just a few the llm found in the pieces of script I copied as a test. They are however typos I encountered while playing.

It looks like there's a block of dialogue that I didn't do. The script I went through is not the one that's here. Mine doesn't even go to 12673. Jubs! I'll make sure I do that bit as well for the next update.

Weird, I don't remember adding anything after I sent it to you, but as that is the final part of the last update (and an automatic piece of content that displays based on your choice earlier in the mission) I guess I must have. Sorry if you good name was besmirched.

All good, I was more worried why/how I had missed it. (y)

So the different time periods depicted is deliberate? It's a bit strange for the family to be living in a modern house - modern electric lights and furniture, what looks like thermostat controls and maybe alarm system on the wall in the living room, but then be walking down an ostensibly Victorian street with multiple periods of dress in view. Also seems that what the family wears depends on where they are (inside the house or outside). Some of the insides of other buildings are very much middle ages or medieval as well as what is worn. We then get take to some chateau that has electric lights being led by someone in a dirndl and the MC looks like he is wearing a modern suit.
All very haphazard.

Well, yes, that is all part of the fantasie, it is more or less explained in the game, shure it is a raw and crude mix but for me it gives the game it's charm, besides the jacuzzi scene with stepmom..... :devilish:

hang on, somehow I missed the scene with the stepmom. Just got to the end of content and noticed stepmom was on 0/1, didn't know where I missed a scene, or a choice, was it where I chose to have sex with that woman in the bar?
I'm baffled. Just been back to what I thought was the first place with a choice (knocking and walking in to stepmum's bedroom) and then skipped to the older woman sex or not part and tried both ways from there and then skipped to the contracts bit and still not go the scene you mention. baffled where it is.

No, you should have the scene in the hot tub no matter what. The points will just determine how far it goes with her.

Check your info screen (top right) that you don't have progress left with her to do.

just got told that the content is complete (after completing the contract bit with the blonde woman and the gnomes) so not sure where the scene would be.
Is there a point to be gained for her? Didn't see where it could be....if I knew that I could go back to it...there's not really a lot of content that I can't now skip through.

When you get to the end of content screen, rollback a frame or two and click the book in the top right.

Then click the Star

You'll get a list of all the girls. Hover your mouse over each of them. If they light up like Sarah's does here. Click on it and it will send you to the scenes available for that character.

Sorry, the end of content bit seems to cause a lot of confusion. I've overhauled it for the next update to make it clearer.

That end of content screen was intended to catch readers before the game automatically dumped you back to the main menu. As Milton says, the icon in the top right is where you access the additional content. There are two buttons in the hub menu where you can do that - the Star accesses character focused events and the envelope accesses faction focused events.

After the first mission with Emelia and the caves, there are then 3 character events, starting with Emelia, which unlocks one with Lilly then one with Sarah. After that the 2nd cartogropher's guild event is unlocked. In the next update, that will then unlock the next update with Alice and Emelia, your choice which one you do first.

In the next update I've overhauled the way this works so that instead of that catch screen with the instruction to click the button, it will just open up the hub. In the hub, the star and envelope icons will only be visible if there are events to play through.
