The women with saggy breasts in this game, ugh, it's disgusting to even look at them.
Not even a woman who has breastfed a child has breasts as sagging as the ones in this game.:sneaky:
Stop dreaming ... In reality 90% of woman have saggy boobs at her age, unlike 99% of developer's creating unrealistic out of this world boobs & dicks.

Wierd problem,or maybe I missed something. Finishe the trip with Alice and poof no more. Just sits the with a black screen when I click the map to go further.
If you have done Emelia's new event as well, then that is the end of the current content. If you haven't, then that is strange. The end of the event should automatically open the hub, if you haven't done Emelia's mission then there should be a flashing star icon and if you click on that you should be able to click on Emelia's icon. If you've done Emelia's event as well then the Hub only has the information, character screens and codex buttons available to click.

There is a bugfix update to the android version that corrects some UI errors introduced by the switch to webp format. 0.36m is available here:

Just played through Emilia's new event and encountered some bugs. Nothing major.
For completeness, this is the v0.36 release and continued from a v0.3 save file.

During the start of the dressing room romantic scene there's a line "She releases tosses the silk robe back on the chair.". The funny thing is, I cannot find this line in the script.rpy. Maybe files got mixed up, updated later or there is some hick-up in renpy where the game is not built as intended. See screenshot.

There is one video during the same scene that gives weird graphics. I'm not sure if it's intended, but it looks way different than the others. Especially the lighting and detail is off. See screenshot. If this is intended, then ignore my report.

When I opened Emilia's profile and browsed the videos, there are some missing, namely "cg1emcampvid7a" and "cg1emcampvid11a". See screenshot for an example.
Also, there is one video of just the MC with a hardon in her gallery. I'm sure the clip is from a scene with her, but when I browse Emilia's profile seeing the MC's eggplant (and no Emilia whatsoever) is not what I'm looking for ifyaknowwhaddamean.

Thanls for the reports. Ill correct the spelling issue there. That weird video is going ot be removed, I was being somewhat hopeful that it was good enough to include but you arent the only one to point it out as jarring a bit.

The two missing videos were removed, but I left some definitions in for them. The dude pic is an oversight. I'll get all three taken out of the rotation in the next update.

I am usually bad at leaving reviews, let alone any for products that excessively use AI material, but...

I came across this by accident while browsing mindlessly through the 'Latest updates' section. Usually just the mention of AI keeps me away from things, but curiosity got the better of me with this one. And I have been positively surprised.

This is not just some cheap, quick and dirty 'AI fix my stuff' product, but something that shows a creative mind behind the process and a thoughtful planning of both story and characters. As with every creative art, one can most certainly argue about the models themselves and some excessive use of animated sequences where a still picture might have been of the same quality and effect, but be that as it may.

I have been utterly entertained for the last few hours just immersing myself into the world. A bit too polished at times, but that is what you get with AI things. I will keep an eye on this and can only recommend other devs to have a look at this as well, as it shows what can actually be done with AI when there is a brain behind the process that both understands the creative process obviously and is willing to bend the AI to it's own creative mind.

Well done Jubs!

That's kind of you to say, thank you.

And I'm still training myself on the less is more approach to animations :)

We're still in the early phases with the technology. That limits the possibilities, but only for now. The pipeline is: AI model training > development tools > user skill and documentation/training. I reckon that the AI is already pretty much there for whatever we need for AVN games and if not it's just a matter of training them more with better input. The bottlenecks are the two phases after that. Dev tools are still complex and probably not very intuitive for most. And user skill needs good dev tools and time to learn. It'll come. People often forget how insanely fast this is all going.

The irony in my opinion is the human response to near-realistic looking imagery. Which has a big overlap with the uncanny valley. We play computer games where we shoot aliens with magic spells and it's all fine. We play indie game (like Hollow Knight) where the MC is a handful of pixels and we are convinced and never mention it. Yet, for some reason, when we get near-realistic images and we see an arm in a weird position or the boob size changes between scenes, all alarm bells in our mind go off and we instantly focus on it. It's such a weird thing for our brains to do (but also logical in our real primal predators-can-eat-you world). That makes it that AI creates better images than ever, but we are also more critical about the quality than ever.

Yea, sometimes I think I should have gone for an art/cartoon/pixar style rather than an attempt at realism. Styling can hide all manner of sins.

Realism per se isnt a problem, but in the AI world realism becomes too clean, too sharp, too proper ....

Every single shirt tends to be rumbled right after you put it on. Might just be minor and almost invisible but it makes the optical appearance true and real. AI ommits all those things. Every single character is flawless, symmetrical and so on. Reality has always a small flaw, a small imbalance of facial features. Your brain takes note of that. It is one reason why a girl with the perfect natural breasts will quickly get tired of being asked if they are real ;)

I must say I am amazed about this VN. The technic is just on a new level. The story is also of high quality and so are the girls.
My only small complain is the inconistancy of the faces and the bodies. Sometimes the sister looks very young and next time shes 20 years older, the tits of the same models can go from perky to saggy in the same sequense. And sometimes the face is not the same. But I can live with that since evrything else is so damn good.

Thanks. I talk about the issues I have with consistency on the development blog a fair bit. It's a constant issue and I have to at times make a decision of "It's good enough." And accept the inconsistency. Generally speaking, as long as there is a gap between the images being presented, it's not jarring. I did upgrade a checkpoint whilst do the last update and it altered how it interpreted Emelia's facial structure, so I had some issues getting that back on track. I could have gone back to the old one, but the new does mature women significantly better - better skin details and body shapes. It also does better natural looking nudes in general. It took a while of experimenting but I've altered the prompt for her now to get her back to how she used to look, with the right aging, but it did cause a bit of an issue with that last update.

This week has been all about writing. I've just finished transferring the story into renpy script and doing all the choice and variable structures. I'm pretty sure this is the biggest update I've done, it currently sits at just over 21,000 words. For context, the last update was about 15,500. Just the story, without any audio or visual aspects included are sitting at 1200 lines of renpy script. I suspect this means it will be a longer than 4 week cycle to complete it. I'm one week in now, not counting the week between the EA0.35 and public release of 0.36, as that was all about fixing stuff under the hood. I did toy with the idea of cutting it in half and leaving it on a cliff-hanger about two thirds of the way through... and I still might depending on what happens. But I think my preference is to release the whole completed episode in one go. This could be a good opportunity for me to get to grips with the "less is more" approach to sprites and animations. Probably not the best update for it because there are something like 11 secondary characters and 3 separate combat sequences involved in this update.

It also has 2 main characters involved, Lyra & Alice. This accounts a lot for the length as you are spending time with them, on their own and together.

I've included a few unprocessed images of those side characters in this update - usual disclaimer, unprocessed means dodgy hands, possible seams showing where the face was manipulated, not upscaled, the female fighters won't have open-toed boots on, might be other weirdness going on as well.

I also found a bit of busywork for me to do. I hadn't realised it and I need to check it, but I think the conversion of some of the darker backgrounds to webp hasn't turned out too well. This seems a common issue with dark images. Upscalers struggle with it as well; something to do with a lack of bit depth meaning the gradients between blacks and greys become very stark. Anyway, I noticed that the camp background in Alice's update looks very pixelated and I'm sure the original wasn't. I'll have to check them all and might have to go back in and replace them with their original jpg versions. Not the end of the world. the jpegs are about 3x the size of webps, but about a third of the size of pngs.

Well...

I just discovered this game and will follow it... it's not something that normally interests me, but I like the detail being put into it, the story (mostly), and the art.

Now I am realizing its not action (sex & etc.) first but story and dialogue. And honestly am cool with that balance and the overall flavor of the game. Yes... I'm glad it's not just some bump-and-grind porn game.

The only thing that really needs work on is a little less technical world build in the character's dialogue with each other and more emotional connection. The technical world build of magic can be worked out in other ways via teachers, experimentation of the MC on his own and research. This would give the audience and the developer insights to the MC's over all plans, feelings, and considerations as inner monologue can flesh out the details.

Some of the tags describing the game are straight forward, though not so sure about "pregnancy" tag... It's a semi-modern medieval fantasy (actually I should say early Victorian feel to it from the costumes), but in such a world sex has consequences and even though two of the women so far involve are in their 40s, so that means still young enough to have children. Now either it be in Victorian times or medieval times usually the lower of the low class would flirt with such a risk--though to be fair such situation wasn't that unheard of in high society.

Regardless, I hope the developer isn't going to just limited himself to what he already has planned, but step back and study his story, plots, and dynamics and see just how deep and developed he can make it.
