So today I've stumbled upon some first-person-shooter game. From outside it seemed quite interesting, with nice graphics and fairly-decent gameplay mechanics, so I've decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately, right from the start it has been found that the base version of the said shooter do not allow the player to shoot. One can run around the game levels, even complete them with some effort; however, to be able to actually shoot enemies one has to purchase a DLC pack with said feature.
Digging further I've found more. It happens that even with shooting ability bought, one still cannot reload their ingame weapon. Reloading feature, it its turn, can be purchased via another season-pass access.
But probably the worst thing has been found after all that. Because even when one have bought both shooting ability, reloading ability and a few more fundamental things that have been paywalled within that shooter game, it happened that the shooting function has been bind to Ctrl-Alt-Backspace keyboard combination, without any possibility to rebind it onto more comfortable and actually playable mouse buttons.
Now, anyone care to guess what the morale of that story is?
