I think it's someone from the wealthy nobility and aristocracy. It's unlikely to be the King, as he has enough other levers at his disposal to prevent Luna from succeeding. Perhaps we haven't been shown this person yet, but if we have already seen him, then for now I would guess that it could be the Count of Beechwood.
I think you're correct, if it is someone we've seen already its most likely Beechwood, but at the same time I dont really believe it is him. so most likely it's someone we havent seen before, but that would be somewhat anticlimatic. And yeah the setup for failure is way too obvious going their route it's not very compelling, unless the patron is someone special

Yeah, I also have doubts about the count. After all, these guys from the "Pale Coin" appear regardless of whether Luna agreed to "marry" his son or not. So, probably, it's someone else after all.

Personally i betted on the Pale Coin, not for the money but for the 2000 soldiers that means basically win over the raiders,as for the repayment i confide in the treasure and lands of the raiders,it's a gamble? Yes but no pain no gain.

in exchange for which Luna will have to pay them back 15 000 coins in a month. This isn't even a gamble, it's a blatantly fraudulent scheme that makes it impossible for the creditor to pay back the loan within the specified period. So these 200 soldiers against an army of 2 000 raiders will not solve anything.

All that remains is money, but judging by the fact that there are not too many combat-ready people in this borderland, I very much doubt that it will be possible to find 2 000 trained fighters willing to risk their lives in battle against the horde for only 1 gold coin per person.

Luna doesn't necessarily need 2000 troops (though obviously more than 200). Well-trained, well-equipped men with a territorial advantage should be able to take on an enemy with superior numbers. We'll see how it plays out once we get there, of course.

"Not with ten thousand men could you do this. It is folly"? ;)

A really good game, some mixups with his/her, but the funniest must be the edge knights.

Well, if Luna Evil and Sir Mordred agree and are afraid to do anything, you know without a doubt it's a very bad idea. I don't think these people are part of Beechwood or the king; they must be the equivalent of a mafia group in this medieval fantasy.

As for our chances in the coming battle, the disadvantage is too much. Let's see what we have. There are the people from Luna's settlement (whose name I can't remember), there are the free swords (mercenaries), and a few of Luna's soldiers, some of whom I lost to protect the subjects. We may possibly receive help from the Helios and the princess at the last minute. And I promised to marry Beechwood's son, so it's an additional addition. The only chance of survival would be to use the walls, but they'll destroy everything. But I don't see any other way to survive unless Luna uses her magic like in the past.

Yes, I also think that the Gellions and the Princess will come to the rescue after all. The game can be played in different ways, but I currently have just over 200+ people, including the peasants trained by Luna`s personal bitch Amabel and those mercenaries who settled in the castle earlier.

For those desperate guys (and gals) who were not deterred by the developer’s direct warning that choosing Sir Modred`s knights is a bad choice… for them, the total troop composition will be just over 300 men. Which also doesn’t solve anything.

For the doubly desperate ones who did not heed the warning of Raven and decided to make Luna a voluntary slave (I suppose this choice is more intended for those who play the submissive route), the troop composition will grow to 400 men (without knights) or to 500+ (with knights), respectively. Which is also not enough against a 2,000-strong horde…

For those players who decide to accept the Count’s offer…well, it’s not clear yet how many people this miser is ready to provide us with. But I think that if the dev has indeed relied on help from the Count, then for those who rejected it, there will be an equivalent replacement in the form of the Gellions and the Princess’s warriors.

One can hide behind the walls for some time, firing at the attackers and throwing pots of burning pitch on their heads. And I don’t think that the steppe horde possesses siege weapons like ballistae or catapults, let alone battering rams.

Of course, it’s worth remembering that the walls of our Castle are not in the best condition and most likely won’t be fully repaired by the time the horde reaches us. But if it’s just ordinary steppe cavalry plus archers, and the walls are without holes or anything like that, then the chances of holding out increase slightly.

Yes, our second self inside Luna will probably be able to help, but judging by what we see, Raven is still very far from her true divine power (besides, I’m not at all sure yet whether she is aware of herself or not), so it is likely that Luna will again need human sacrifices, like those she has already made in the name of Raven after the previous battle ended...So I’m even curious what the dev will come up with, because the situation is indeed quite difficult.

Hehehe I've taken all those options in different saves lol. Sub Luna is actually quite a silly and enjoyable path (unlike a different fave game of ours)....but you know me, I like to see the content and where the dev takes it.

Main is always tough as ole boots Luna who only accepts help if it does actually benefit her which I'm sure is the exact same save you probably have heh :)

The Luna games are some of the best. I love that they let you actually mix between submissive and dominate. Way to many games completely locks you in if you take a single "wrong" choice. In Luna's games, I can be dominating, but still submissive in the few scenes I want to.

This is such an underappreciated gem. I really liked Luna's Fall From Grace so when this game came out I was expecting a good game too. The beginning though felt a bit disappointing but after a while I got sucked into this new world, every new update was an improvement and the story got way better. Now that we have our own land it went into superb quality and I dare say that this game could defend itself even without the sex scenes.

It's the best possible Visual Novel, i.e. CYOA. We have many paths to choose from, we decide who we ally with, how we develop (not only how we shape the MC but also those around us and our land). And while it's true that it would be a fun game even without porn, with it it's 10 times better. Erotic scenes are great, there is tasteful rape and other kinks (so not only vanilla) and it's sad that so few people know about this game or appreciate it (probably because the beginning is nothing special and they get bored before they get to the good stuff).

10/10 game for me, much better than the previous one.

Technically, I think one is not supposed to do "doxx out" (I think that is the expression) people, but since I am not saying the name and full identity (that I don't know), nope.
I am not entering in the details of why I say it (even if we communicated with him, I did not ask him), but he is almost certainly Italian, or at the very least someone with strong real connection to Italy (not just a great-grandfather from Italy), probably South.

Can't say I disagree with any of that. It's certainly improved update on update!
