Pregnancy would be end game content, it's too awkward to make work mid game unless I focus a characters entire content around it, which kills that character for anyone that doesn't want pregnancy content. Unless I made two separate paths, but that doubles the work load for me and means another character may end up with less content, which again would be problematic. So, that sort of thing will appear near the end of the game.
Considering how else she uses the dick in that scene and what she says her fetish is, her having a dick, but not using it on men, makes perfect sense.
