I think the problem was that the link points to an old (but updated) post and he probably thought mods just forgot to remove that link - to be fair, that does happen every now and then.

It's a "search & click" operation
You might want to check the secrets mod for some assistance (can pick whichever of the 3). Although, I had trouble trigerring the overlay in some scenes to unlock some secrets.
If you just wanna check the secret pics, they can be found in game/images/secrets folder of the game.
