This has been fixed next update, Amber should have had a brother, but not a sister that she knew about. Pam should reference the sister in an earlier scene before she tells Amber when you read her mind.
That might be because the saves folder moved from
%appdata%\renpy\LunarsChosen-1549893754\ to %appdata%\renpy\PTGames\Lunars Chosen\ as of v0.23.
Your Photo studio assistant is pregnant, a side characters story involves her getting pregnant and another character has a bit of a thing for cumflation that winds up looking like pregnancy, thus far.
Then it shouldn't say it is completed if it is not. The Dev can add an item counter (devices 0/3 or 0/4) to let the player know that they aren't finished with that quest or whatever.
Most Sandbox type games I have played have a calendar on the top right/left of the screen or bottom, to let you know what day it is. I also think it was on the map as well. Shouldn't be that difficult to add a calendar to the game.
