You shouldn't need to rename it unless you want to change where it shows up in game. What's the issue you're having? If you're having trouble finding the save in game, that save would be on page 9 of the saves.

not seeing it. I renamed it 1-1-LP1.save it ain't there.

Known Bug but not game-breaking. As you progress the story, (specifically Serena's arc I think), it will stop repeating after a particular point. Can't recall precisely when though. Should you use the thread search function at the top of this page you'll be able to find out more. That's what I did when I encountered the same event.
