Did you look on the previous page? It says what the DLC's are for Season 4.
Shadows Unleashed is the ONLY DLC that adds a story extension and that DLC has been on F95 since it was released MONTHS ago, the rest are ASSET DLC's.

Friends, I will be starting from season 1. How can I transfer my saves between seasons? Where is the file? After finishing season 1, I can transfer my saves to season 2. After finishing season 3, I can transfer my saves to season 3. And after finishing season 3, I can transfer my saves to season 4.

There isn't any new "DLC" to play, it is an asset pack you view on your hard drive. The other DLC (Shadows) has been here and playable for months and is the same as it was before.

It was months ago when the final version came out, this only adds the asset pack.
They moved on to a new game 3-4 months ago.

Technically yes but only for the desktop versions. Mobile OS's don't support install file sizes anywhere near that big.
