That's why renpy has 9 pages of saves a skip mode. It's not hard to have multiple saves to update per release on a multiple path VN.

It's not just 9, it has hundreads of pages, just click the right arrow and you'll see more pages, I thought it was just 9 in the beginning too.

When Samantha tells you to meet her in here room to talk about Audrey and why her magical ligament snapped. Next scene is potions class, then you have the option of working for Molly or going to sleep. Played several more in-game days and the event never happens.
