Because I don't want to waste time skipping already read content if VN mode is not good? And most importantly, this thread still isn't updated to the version with VN mode.

I am usually not the biggest fan of sandbox type games, but I think it is really well done in this game. It's not too grindy and the mini games are enjoyable. The combat system is pretty good as well. I hope we can do more with it in the future other than just the duels. Maybe fight some monsters or have some sort of tournament with the students.

I agree it's fairly balanced and one of those (unfortunately) rare cases where sandbox will make a better game. The mini games in this case make the "grind" fairly enjoyable and allow for real character development which other games lack so much. It's up to devs to keep it balanced. I always liked fishing and would even work for Molly for free...

It's hard to believe that it's been a year since we first released Lust Academy. Since then, It's been like a neverending race between one update and another. Some of them were sprints, some marathons - but one thing is for sure - life has never been the same.
We always thank our community for their support and interest in our weekly dev.updates, but that's not a formality. With your activity and feedback, it feels like wizards and witches worldwide must have channeled their magic into our humble team.
Over 3000 renders, more than 100 60fps animations, and over 100 000 words of the story... We're proud of what we've managed to accomplish in a year, but it does not mean we're going to stop anyway soon. So, let's move on from the magic of gratitude to the magic of development and talk about what awaits you in the Lust Academy V0.4.1
This release revolves around stories inside Cordale academy and lets you get to know our main characters much better.
Plus, a massive new feature - Visual Novel mode- takes Story pacing to another level by limiting sandbox options to a minimum.

- Including 15 exciting Lustagramposts.
- New dynamic and intriguing scenes for Leona, Haley, Samantha, Naomi, Victoria, Sabrina, and Audrey.
- Over 14 new custom-made 60-fps animations! Beautiful, as always.
- Reworked Character Info sorting system.
- Added new clues for Calendar.
- Reworked Alchemy with a new potion crafting system.
- Improved some old dialogues.
- Optimized scrolling feature.
- Repaired menu and interface bugs
- Fixed bugs in the Calendar
- Fixed minor bugs all across the game
