Seems nearly impossible to get 100% on Combat Bolt which is weird because for the other spells it's quite easy. I get a lot of high 90s, but also 18 if I click even a frame too late.

Yup - highest I have gotten on Combat Bolt is 101, most are 96 to 99. All the rest can get 100 easy.

You have to repeat the same task everyday, talking with same people, visit same places to move forward a bit etc...

Ehm... Did u ever play our game? Probably we don't have real grind + you always can use the calendar for fast travel to needed character

Try to visit some Victoria's lessons (theory) should help, if not - please send your save file, maybe it could be a bug

IDK if anyone's posted yet but if you want to skip the grind you can just copy&paste this into the console at friday night to always go to Dale:

BTW game seems very buggy to me, new update had no real content and the Jill quest is bugged, stuck at 33%
