not sure bout that, i didnt had issues with unlocking it , tho i did with that update when it came
if you did fuck her before you should have option when you choose whom to talk to , can choose only one person

- Created 80 new renders with Samantha, Ashley and Olivia for Lust Academy 0.8.1 release.
- Retouched 80 renders to make sure you get top-notch visuals!
- Finished 6 animations for scenes with Olivia.
- Finished designing endgame infographics for Season 1.
- Finished all storylines for 0.8.1 release.
- Finished choosing new outfit for MC.
- Finished choosing new outfit for Samantha.
- Finished season 2 Main storyline planning.
- Finished preparing improved sound design for scenes all over the game.
- Improved some old dialogues.

Well I have this problem too and I don't think you want to start a whole new save to just get this scene unlock in your gallery
Or it's just a scene where you decide who to talk to (Can't remember the exact scene, there were a choices between girls)
