There are no consequences for choices, each only decides if that very moment you see a intimate scene or not.
Thank you! Kinda sucks that your choices doesn't have any impact/consequence other than "do I have sex with her now or later?". I tried to check each girl's verbal and non-verbal response to me being flirty/funny/boastful/shy etc and try to determine if the response was positive or not. Other games ususally have some kind of relationship system where if your relationship with the girl is too low you are locked out of romance with her.
It appears to be a bug in the game. I have made devs aware via Patreon and they are going to fix it.
