Try to visit some Victoria's lessons (theory) should help, if not - please send your save file, maybe it could be a bug

IDK if anyone's posted yet but if you want to skip the grind you can just copy&paste this into the console at friday night to always go to Dale:

BTW game seems very buggy to me, new update had no real content and the Jill quest is bugged, stuck at 33%

Were there meant to be 3 massages available? i've been grinding for a number of weeks to get the money for all the new content. The grind is too much by the way. I had massage twice and I thought there should be a third one? but its stuck at 33% and I can't talk to the massage therapist.
