It depends on the uploader and their location, it could be not accessible (aka blocked/banned) where they are, slow upload to it, many factors.

It's quite easy to keep track of what's going on if you're playing in sandbox mode.this game has become confusing as fuck. Its all over the shop, dont know which stile of game play is at the moment!
