I can't transfer my save from season 3 across to season 4. It says to click the "Transfer Banner" but I don't have one.
It may be because I have a cracked version and not the official Patreon software?

That is not the reason, nothing is cracked here, the files are the exact same thing you would get on Steam or Patreon, no files modified whatsoever.
You more than likely don't have the latest/last update for Season 3.

And no, they are not compatible. The S3 transfer button creates a file in the S4 data directory that is compatible with starting a new game in S4.
Why is it that the select animations that lag in my potato laptop when using the apk on my android suddenly run a lot smoother. and the surprising part? the Smoothness Remains if I run it the apk through BLUESTACKS?! if the game can run through bluestacks just fine then I guess my hardware is not the problem. i can play the game using bluestacks but then the animations look 480p. Whatever....

The alpha is already available, beta probably in a few days and the final delta another 10 days later. Thing is only the delta leaks here and even then it can take some time like with the current version here.

I prefer the VN route but sadly in both versions the story is just as boring. Watch the gallery the art and animations are good.

There are no "paths" in this game, and nothing you do really matters long term. The only thing that transfers between seasons are your spell ratings and items and things.
There is really no reason at all to play both in sandbox and VN mode. Pick the one you like better and play it.

So how does the spell casting work? Do you have to do it at the same time as the animation? Or just trace the path whenever? Does it matter how fast you do it? I really can't tell why I get 98% sometimes, and 50% other times.
