The "so-called" premium version is compiled with Ren'Py version 8.3.6.25022803, while the regular version is compiled with Ren'Py 8.1.4.23102801+nightly. Does this seem possible to you? Not to me. Anyway, I made the mod compatible with Ren'Py 8.3.x.
The only difference between the regular verson and the so-called premium version is $ vers__ = 1 in time_pass.rpyc file.

Just checked our progress with v0.72 in the mansion. It seems we've almost wrapped up Emma (the mom), Kelly (the sister), and Lisa's content—just missing the lesbian/threesome scenes with Emma and Kelly in the living room. Looks like that's what the dev is tackling next. Hopefully after that, he finally circles back to the rest of Jessica's unfinished content. And maybe—finally—we'll get back to Cherry and Roxie's content with her woman warriors, which has been in limbo since v0.37, way back before the massive rework started which sure has been dragging for years. Lol. Well I didn't check for bugs but I'm sure there are some and have been using the same save game file for a while each update.

The premium version is not the fixed version of the regular version, as you say. I don't think it is Lurking Hedgehog's way of working.
But I can tell you what I think. I think that the version posted here they call premium is nothing more than a recompiled regular version with two changes thrown in for good measure.
One more thing: can you explain how it is possible that the premium version was published on 3 March and the files in the premium version posted here are dated 13 March?
