X= whatever number you put in but be careful to not input to high numbers some game does not handle high numbers well

If this was my brother and I saw him like this we would not be reminiscing about the past. I would take him straight to the hospital. Look at the dude's eyes. It is a condition called jaundice and it is quite possible he is suffering from liver failure.

If he does not get some treatment there is a good chance he will not make it to the next version. I don't know if he has insurance or not but if he doesn't I will be starting a Gofundme or something to help pay for his treatment. Stay Strong Brother!

I dunno if Jaundice would be my first guess, unless it's very mild or very early, in which case it's not that life threatening. If it were, he'd have yellowing of the skin too. I'd speculate that if it's just his eyes, it's more likely Hepatitis C or, (if he's got yellow rings in his eyes), Wilson's disease. Though given that he seems to die shortly afterwards, (I'm speculating as I haven't played the game), seems more likely that it was renal failure, possibly due to liver cirrhosis or some other liver defect.
