The mod is always updated to the latest released version of the game, so I'm not sure what you're asking, but as a general practice installing mods of a different version than the game you're playing is never a great idea.

Yes, you can encounter lot of bugs with outdated mods.
And worst you risking to break your saves, and have to restart from the beginning...

Found a bug(unclosed brackets) in the 5 Chapter Legacy games version:

While running game code:

Fixed it in line 422. Heres the corrected file.
