So whenever I go go rescue Cassie I always get end like I got all the hobos lin lin fawn and Arlene I think I get the key climb the fence then sneak or fight then I get fight or negotiate I pick both and still get end and suggestions on what to do?

Sounds like you're simply failing stat checks.
At that point in the quest, each infiltration option is linked to a stat. The game should be showing you a success chance for each option, along with the requisite stat.

If your success chance isn't high, go and raise the relevant stat before attempting the rescue.
Alternatively, try to savescum until you pass all the checks despite having a poor success rate.

I used sneak as I had the best success chance with it. I can't tell you exactly how the other options pan out.

There's no way you should be failing to sneak with 100 in the relevant stat (nimbleness, if memory serves?).
None of my stats were over 20, and I had a 60%-ish chance on the first sneak check and a 50%-ish chance on the second one, which was decent enough for me to just keep trying until I passed both checks in a row (rather than backing off to stat grind).

Successfully sneaking will give you the option to sneak again on the second choice.
Since you're getting a sneak/fight choice first and then fight/negotiate next, are you choosing to fight on the first choice then? If you were sneaking, surely you'd succeed and therefore get the option to sneak again after finding Cassie.

Maybe the fighting route is far more difficult; I never attempted to fight as I had the best chances while sneaking.
But I can't see how you'd be failing the checks with 100 in all stats. Perhaps some option branches actually lead to dead ends regardless of stats?

I know for certain that passing two sneak checks will clear the quest safely, as that's what I did myself to clear it.

2. Whatever I do to free cassie the game just ends, even if I free her. What I'm suppose to do to see her for sale in the Slave Market?

You can reset the world and keep your character, the option to do so is in the sanctum.
Alternatively, you can just save when you go to the farm for the first time, then you can revisit the scene whenever you want.

After getting captured by Don's men, you are given choice and if you select goon's work you're given a task to find and capture cassie. From there progress the story.
