I have repeatedly, repeatedly, repeatedly checked every room (before I looked for walkthrough). There are only 6 radiators in the game that I can find. I don't suppose there is a walkthrough with specific images just for radiators. I will check again for a 7th but my hopes are not high.
What does your hint say? Also, did you get the one in the main hall of the west side basement?

the update,, theres a pickax in the security room,, on the lockers in the north east corner.. you also need it for the holy rod room...

ohh well then.. 2 rooms have pillars (coin, KS page) an then the wall for the holy rod..( east basement , to the left of the girls..)

No way to skip it. You can download a full save and just watch the scenes.
The game is quite enjoyable though, so I would recommend just turning your walk speed to "Hyper!" to get around faster. You can find "Walk speed" setting in your phone and just use Crystal Ball for hints if you're stuck.
