ok.. since there are 2 of them (an people have issues, on which one.) 1st rope is in room 9, in southeast corner... 2nd is in the woods, by Denny's body...

for the basement code (3678) ,, did you git the quest to the graveyard.?? or been to the graveyard,, if not then no..
and for the 3rd floor lasers (4312) ,, did you note from Kat,? again if not then no...

I "crafted" a Mac version using the PC data, it loads the previous saves and it allowed me to get to the end of 64051 (64% completed) without any apparent bug ... but keep in mind that i used a save from previous version so i just tested new content.
