Same, game freezes when trying to exit bonus area so cant obtain hearts :/

It's related to hacking your coins. I think it happens when you hack it to be more than 99.

It's 75 minutes if you read the dialog, buy the outfits, and do all the sex positions.
It's 15 minutes if you spam click through everything and use hint for every step and skip the Kamasutra stuff.
