I'm at 84% (88% in the walkthrough page 64) and the walthrough is telling me there should be an animation in outside NE of building regarding a cell phone signal. I can't find it and would appreciate some direction. Thank you

Its done. They left a nice scene viewer secret area in the elevator that opens up near the end to add in stuff if they wish, but it may not even be cannon as far as the story goes. Everything else is FIN. Give it a go and enjoy the rugburn.
